Bib Pickup
Bibs will be distributed in the Kincaid Chalet from 8am-10am for qualification races and from 11-1pm for the afternoon sprint heats.

Skiers who move on to Open FIS Heats:

You MUST exchange your qualifier bib to receive your sprint heat bibs.
In the interest of the volunteers’ time, please pick up your bib by 1pm.

All other skiers:

Your qualifying bib is the bib you wear for the heats.
If you decide not to ski in the royal court heats or leave early, you must turn in your bib or face a fine.

Chip Pickup
Chips will be distributed in the Start Area. Plan to be there with sufficient time before your start time to get your chip secured.

Events include a Preliminary and Final Heats
U12/U14/U16/Open Bonus
Skiers will be organized into heats of approximately 10 starters. There will be two rounds for all skiers. All first round will occur starting at 11:30, all final rounds will occur starting at 12:30.
Open FIS Heats
Top 30 open skiers in the U16+ qualification round will advance to the standard open heat bracket.
AWARDS
U08/U10/U12
All finishers will receive an award
U14/U16/Open bonus rounds & FIS Open Bracket
Awards will occur at the close completion of U14 final rounds. If three or more U16, U18, or U20 skiers qualify in the top 30, those awards will happen at the completion of the FIS Open heat bracket at 3:15 PM.

AWARDS
Awards will happen for each race 15 minutes after the completion of the race.
All U08/U10/U12 racers will receive a prize.

Spectator and Venue Information
Waxing available at Kincaid Bunker. Open to athletes and spectators (though the wax tables take up a lot of the space available.) Restrooms available in the bunker and portapotties available behind the scoreboard.
