Cross Country Alaska is run by a nine member Board of Directors. The Board oversees financial matters of the organization and ensures that all CCAK programs and operations are directed towards CCAK's mission and vision.

Competition Committee

The Competition Committee is responsible for organizing the Besh Cup race series, coordinating Team Alaska for the USSA Junior Olympics and Arctic Winter Games, and all other competition-related tasks. The Competition Committee reports directly to the Board.

Officials Committee

The Officials Committee ensures that CCAK events comply with FIS, USSA, and CCAK rules by working with the Competition Committee, as well as USSA, local clubs and venues. The Officials Committee reports directly to the Board.

Annual Meetings

Each year in the Spring, Cross Country Alaska and USSA each hold annual meetings to talk about the issues of cross country ski racing in Alaska and the United States, respectively.
