Cross Country Alaska Board of Directors will be hosting the CCAK annual Spring Summit Sunday May 4th 9:00AM to 4:00 PM at the ConocoPhillips building in downtown Anchorage. You can now download the agenda and a proposed calendar for 2007-2008. Please make sure to read important information about getting into the building.

The object of the Summit is to review the past year’s activities and accomplishments and to plan activities for the 2008 – 2009 year.

Topics to be discussed include:
• Athlete Development
• Coaches Education
• Venue Development
• Review of JO’s and Arctic Winter Games
• Nordic Calendar
• Fund Raising
• Team Alaska Policies Committee briefing
• Any Constituent Generated Topics brought forward at the meeting

Also there are three Board positions to be filled and nominations will be accepted from the floor.

Information on getting into the building

ConocoPhillips building
700 G St., Anchorage, AK
Conference Room ATO 1

Please enter the building on the G St. entrance (eastside of the building).
Check in with the security desk and tell the guard you are there to attend
the CCAK Spring Summit. If the front doors are locked, push the intercom
button and tell the security guard that you are there to attend the CCAK
Spring Summit in ATO 1. Somebody will be out front to let people in until
9:00AM when the meeting starts. If you have any problems getting in call
