USSA Level 100 Coaches' Certification Technique Clinics are coming to your region. USSA Level 100 certification is a four-step process targeted at providing a foundation in both general and skispecific coaches' education. There will be four L100 technique clinics throughout the country this summer. They will be held in conjunction with each region's Regional Elite Group (REG) camp.

  • Rollerskis, boots and poles for both classic and skate
  • Helmet
  • Bright safety shirt for rollerskiing on the roadway
  • Water bottle

This Clinic is sponsored by Cross Country Alaska and is at no Cost.

We encourage all levels of coaching to participate.

USSA Level 100 Coaches' Certification is the first level of a multi-level cross country-specific coaches education certification system. The curriculum is based on up-to-date practices used by the U.S. Ski Team in the quest for Olympic medals. The course material comes directly from the Team’s coaches and several of their key partners.

Through the Level 100 certification, you can:

  • Invigorate your team by learning more about training cross country skiers.
  • Provide an environment in which your athletes can maximize their talent.
  • Help raise the level of skiing in the U.S. to medal-winning heights.

Please visit the USSA web site for further information on the USSA Coaches Certification process:
