Important note about meeting format: Due to an anticipated large turn-out for Monday's meeting, the format for the meeting will not be a discussion. Instead, the focus will be on allowing everyone a chance to speak and voice their views. Everyone will be given two minutes to stand up and talk about the policy issues. |

Below are the policies of Cross Country Alaska relating to the operation of the team in the areas of planning and the actual travel to, and time at, the Junior Olympics. This document does not deal with team selection issues, coach selection issues, or coaching staff operations issues (other than some mention of waxing operations). This document is strictly focused on the logistics of the Junior Olympic trip, and the factors in planning which can affect financial costs to all members of the team, and to effective operation of the team at the Junior Olympics. |
