Parking – Government Peak Recreation Area parking lot holds 100 cars and there is parking on ONE side of the road leading up to the facility. Please carpool as best you can.  CCAK suggests being prepared with $5 cash each day to deposit into the ranger station fee box. Your receipt needs to be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle so it is visible through the windshield.

Concessions – The players and families of the Palmer High School Basketball team will provide concessions each day.

Host Clubs –  Host clubs receive a portion of the race registration fees. Host clubs use these funds toward race weekend expenses as well as serve as a bit of a fund raiser. If you are so moved to join clubs or make a contribution to a club outside of your home club, please visit these websites of each host club for the 2018-19 season.

Thanks to all of the clubs for participating and maintaining trails that allow skiers the chance to race on home courses. It is common practice for skiers to purchase trail passes when they visit Nordic ski centers in the Lower 48. We are fortunate that our state clubs have found success with strong local membership participation and we all still enjoy the benefits of world-class trails.

Thank you TRAX Oudoor Center 2.0

Visit TRAX 2.0 at 6700 Jewel Lake Road for your $10 gift card!

Besh Cup racers who visit the folks at TRAX Outdoor Center 2.0 throughout this weekend receive a $10 gift card! This offer is limited to the first 50 Besh Cup skiers who visit their store on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. This was a great idea when the race was going to be at Kincaid Park – but for those of you who have the time to visit them you’ll be rewarded with a gift card!
